My name is Dayna and I am The Wandering Cuisiniére. I prepare beautifully relaxed meals for my clients using their kitchen at their home, rental accommodation, or venue.
Originally from the UK, I left many years ago to explore the colour and flavours of my paternal roots in India. This experience led me on an adventure of culinary discovery through many other exciting lands… Sri Lanka, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and France.
Based in the Luberon region of Provence since 2015, I have developed a wealth of local knowledge and experience cooking bountiful breakfasts & brunches, luxurious lunches, delicious dinners and pretty pop-up picnics for large groups.
I take the stress out of planning, sourcing, preparing, serving and clearing meals for large groups and gatherings.
Whether you are on holiday, celebrating a special occasion, or focussing on a shared interest in a format such as a retreat, workshop, meeting or seminar; I can help you to relax, enjoy and focus on hosting your event.
My food aims to change with the seasons, be locally sourced where possible, freshly homemade, plentiful, rustic and beautiful.
I can adapt the menu to your dietary requirements and kitchen equipment. Meals can be served plated, buffet style, or in a familial, convivial style in the centre of the table for diners to help themselves.
